Information we collect

We collect personal information directly from you and automatically when you use our website:

  • Newsletter signup. Your email address when you subscribe to AI Profit Pulse.
  • Contact form. Your name, email address, and the contents of any message you send through our contact form or directly by email.
  • Technical data. Information your browser sends automatically — for example, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Small data files used to keep the site working and, with your consent, to measure how the site is used. See Cookies and analytics below.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you the AI Profit Pulse newsletter and related emails;
  • Deliver subscriber benefits, including the free pricing calculator;
  • Respond to questions, feedback, and partnership inquiries;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and content;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run AI Profit Pulse, under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. These include:

  • Email service provider — Mailchimp (an Intuit company). Hosts our subscriber list and sends the newsletter on our behalf. See Mailchimp's privacy notice for more.
  • Hosting provider. Hosts the website and may process related technical logs.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Helps us understand how the site is used in aggregate. See Cookies and analytics below.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

Our website sets a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site and remember your cookie preference. These are set automatically.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the newsletter, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe, then for a short period to honor your preference and meet legal requirements before being deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email info@aiprofitpulse.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law). You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Children's privacy

AI Profit Pulse is intended for a professional, adult audience. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, for example by email.
